What you're buying
A license to use the purchased software. One license covers both delivered formats — the Audio Unit plugin and the Standalone application — activated on one (1) machine you own or control at a time (unless the product page states a higher limit). You may release an activation and move it to another machine. Use of the software is governed by the End User License Agreement, which you accept on installation.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your license key is issued to your account immediately after payment and shown on your account page.
Cancellation and refunds
Digital content: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day right to cancel, which ends early once you begin downloading or activate the software with your express consent. Our full policy — including our goodwill "doesn't work for your rig" refund — is on the refund policy page. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if digital content is faulty or not as described.
Fair use of licenses
You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software or license keys, or circumvent the license mechanism. We may revoke licenses obtained fraudulently or charged back after activation.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, our total liability in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including loss arising from use of audio software in live performance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections of their place of residence. Questions: xrealitybytes@gmail.com.
