End User License Agreement.

XRB Audio, a trading division of XRealityBytes (United Kingdom) · Version 1.0, July 2026

This agreement is between you and XRealityBytes and governs your use of XRB Audio software — each product comprising the standalone macOS application and the Audio Unit v3 (AUv3) plugin installed by the same installer. By installing or using the software you agree to it. A copy also ships inside every installer.

1. License grant

Subject to payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license. One license covers every delivered format and may be activated on one (1) machine at a time unless your order states a higher limit. You may deactivate a machine and move your activation to another.

2. Demo mode

Without an activated license the software runs in demo mode with reduced functionality, provided for evaluation only.

3. Updates

Updates to the version you purchased are delivered through the software's built-in updater or your account. Future major versions may be separate products.

4. Restrictions

You may not redistribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the software; reverse engineer it except where the law overrides this restriction; or circumvent license enforcement.

5. Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. Third-party components are covered by their own licenses — see the THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES file installed with the software.

6. Cancellation and refunds

See our refund policy page. The statutory 14-day cancellation right for digital content ends once download or activation begins with your express consent (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty or misdescribed digital content are unaffected.

7. Warranty and liability

Except for your statutory rights, the software is provided "as is". Always test audio software in your own setup before relying on it live. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud; subject to that, total liability is limited to the amount you paid, excluding indirect or consequential loss.

8. General

Governed by the law of England and Wales; consumers elsewhere retain their mandatory local protections. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stands. Contact: xrealitybytes@gmail.com.
