Your statutory 14-day right

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel a digital content purchase within 14 days for a full refund. When you download the installer or activate your license, you expressly consent to immediate supply of the digital content, and the statutory cancellation right ends at that point — the checkout and download flow tells you this before it happens.

Our goodwill guarantee

Rigs vary. If the software doesn't work out in your setup — driver conflicts, latency you can't live with, or it simply isn't for you — email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund in full and revoke the license key. We may ask what didn't work, purely to improve the product.

Faulty or misdescribed software

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If it isn't, you're entitled to a repair or replacement, or a price reduction or refund if we can't fix it. These rights are not time-boxed to 14 days and are unaffected by anything above.

How to claim

Email xrealitybytes@gmail.com from your account email with the order reference. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days.
